2007 saw a new dawn in the Buying and Selling process for properties in England and Wales. New Government legislation became effective with the requirement that all properties have a Home Information Pack or HIP as they are commonly referred to.

All residential properties are now required to have had an Energy Performance Certificate when they are sold.

From the 1st October 2008 all Residential Lettings properties are required to have an Energy Performance Certificate. We can arrange this for you through our relationship with a local assessor and our Landlord clients benefit from preferential rates.
